Second Youth Musical Meeting “Remix”

Alexandria, 27 September 2005—The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) is hosting the final concert of the Second Youth Musical Meeting “Remix”, 29 September, organized by the Cultural Resources Association and Al-Urmawi Center for Oriental Music. Remix began on 25 September 2005 and will come to a close on 1 October 2005 in Alexandria, and its final concert will held be in the BA Plaza.
"Remix", a creative musical workshop, brings together 20-25 musicians from different Arab countries with different musical backgrounds to present their talents solo or in groups. It involves a variety of presentations, varying from mixing instruments to solo or group improvisations and performances.
