Workshop following the “Education Development in Egypt” Conference

Alexandria, 2 August 2005—The Arab Reform Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is holding a post-conference workshop on 3-4 August 2005, entitled “Follow- up on the Education Development in Egypt Conference”. Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and Professor Hossam Badrawy, Chairman of the Education and Scientific Research Committee at the People’s Assembly will inaugurate the workshop.
The workshop is to discuss the recommendations proposed during the “Education Development in Egypt Conference” (December 2004), determine what has actually been implemented, and identify ways of achieving unimplemented recommendations.
