The Bibliotheca Alexandrina concluded yesterday the activities of the National Inclusive Carnival for People with Special Needs, in cooperation with the Egyptian Sea Scout. The celebration took place on Sunday, 10 September, on the BA Plaza and on Monday, 11 September, in the BACC Small Theater.

The celebration included art workshops, interactive games, and musical performances.

It showcases the talents of people with special needs by presenting their different artistic performances, as the Library aims to highlight their abilities, provide them with various services, especially for children, and is keen to integrate them all with different segments of society.
