The Fifth Edition of the Series “Quantum Computing and AI”

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in cooperation with iQafé, launches the fifth edition of the series "Quantum Computing and AI", through Google Meet, on Sunday, 29 June 2025, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
The program starts with an introductory session on the Alexandria Quantum Hackathon, presented by:
- Youssef Eldakar, Head of the International School of Information Science, Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
- Dr. Taha Selim, General Manager of MolKet SAS, Paris & Co-founder of iQafé.
A series of thought-provoking talks will also be delivered by the following experts:
- Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shawky Moussa – HPC, ML & large-scale simulations.
- Dr. Muhamed Amin – ML in chemistry and biosciences.
- Dr. Mohammed Zidan – QML for large datasets.
- Yousra Farhani – Advances in quantum software for ML and optimization.
- Ahmed Sleem – IBM’s quantum software ecosystem and real-world applications.
