The Egyptian Economy: An Analytical View is the title of the lecture which Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA), gave on 5 December 2004, at the Egyptian Political Economy Association for Statistics and Legislation in Cairo. The lecture took place at 6:30 pm in the Lectures Hall of the Association.
