At the closing session of the Third Conference on the Dialogue among People and Cultures in the Euro-Mediterranean and Gulf Areas, hosted by the BA, 19-21 January 2008, HE Ambassador Ali Maher, Director of the Institute for Peace Studies announced the final declaration of the Conference.
