As part of the Women’s Month celebration, the BA Women Studies and Social Transformation Program organized a series of diverse events and activities throughout March 2026, with the aim of supporting, empowering, and strengthening women’s role in society.

The program started with a workshop on Resin Art from 1-5 March, where participants learned the basics and techniques of this modern art form and created distinctive handmade pieces, which were later distributed to female public members as a gift from women to women. The event created a circle of communication and support, celebrating International Women’s Day on 8 March in an initiative aimed at spreading the spirit of creativity and appreciation for the role of women.

The program also included a seminar titled “Women’s Psychological Boundaries and the Keys to Happiness” on 9 March in the Conference Center’s Small Theater, featuring a panel of experts including Mona Al-Bayyaa, Amany Daoud, and Walid Mohammed. The seminar addressed the importance of understanding psychological boundaries in relationships and their impact on quality of life.

As part of its support for mothers, the program held a seminar for the mothers of children with special needs on 29 March. The meetings focused on providing psychological and knowledge support and enhancing coping skills.
