H.E. Mr. Ricardo Martinelli, Minister of the Panama Canal , and Ambassador Ramiro Ulisas Batista visited the BA on Monday, 2 December 2002, with Mr. Leo Gonzalaz, Vice-Minister for the Panama Canal and Prof. Kevin Harrington, Advisor, to present a special collection of books about Panamanian culture and heritage to Ambassador Taher Khalifa and Dr. Yousef Ziedan for the Bibliotheca Alexandrina
